7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship orders to locations that are serviceable by our logistics partners.

Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the Website are indicative and may vary due to:

Once an order has been handed over to the logistics partner, delivery is subject to the logistics provider's operations.

8. RETURN AND EXCHANGE

KICKR 360 offers a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Eligible returns and exchanges are free of charge.

Products must generally be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and other included items.

9. CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped, subject to our order processing status.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and you may instead need to follow our return process after delivery.

10. REFUNDS

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request valid bank account or UPI details to process the refund.
